History on Wheels


Using his/her "History on Wheels” cart filled with objects, a Canadian guide engages students in an educational presentation based on the temporary exhibit.

"History on Wheels"
Description
In the temporary exhibit, students listen to a presentation that evokes the daily life of civilians and soldiers in Normandy as well as civilian life in Canada during the war. This presentation completes the visit of the temporary exhibit throughout which young visitors discover personal stories of Norman and Canadian civilians during the Second World War.

Presentation for groups visiting the museum

Maximum number of students per presentation:
40

Recommended age group: 11 years & older

Length of presentation: 45 minutes (30 min. with the guide + 15 min. self-guided).

Cost: 1.50€ per person for groups visiting the museum.

Time of presentation: to be determined upon reservation and according to availability of guides.
