Guide Team
for an incredible work experience in France?
The Juno Beach Centre's Student
Guide Program is a wonderful opportunity
for young Canadians to experience life in Normandy,
France while sharing Canada's rich military history
with visitors from all over the world.
Application
details for the guide program (2010 edition)
have been sent to all Canadian
universities for posting at Job Centres, Co-op
programs and
several departments. It is also available bellow.
Deadlines
for submitting an application to the various
positions:
Period 1 (January 27 - May 14) by
October 15th, 2009
Period 2 (May 10 - August 31) by
November 15th, 2009
Period 3 (August 27 - December 31) by February
15th, 2010
For 2010, changes have been made to the composition
of the guide teams. For Period
1, there are 3 guide positions
to fill.
One of these guides will stay on for Period 2
and become a "returning guide". For Period 2,
there will be the returning guide and 5 new guides,
one of which will stay on for Period 3 and become
a "returning guide". For Period 3, there will
be the returning guide and 2 new guide positions
to fill. Please let us know if you are interested
in a returning
guide position when you apply.
